Delete your whole account
Sign in to BrokenPost, open Settings, choose "Delete account" and confirm. We delete your profile, scheduled and published post records, uploaded media, analytics and the access tokens of every connected social account within 30 days.
Disconnect one platform
In BrokenPost, open the channel (for example Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok or YouTube), choose "Disconnect" and confirm. We immediately revoke and delete that platform's access token and stop all scheduled posts for it. Data we received from that platform (profile name, avatar, post IDs and statistics) is deleted within 30 days.
Remove access from the platform side
You can also revoke BrokenPost directly in the platform: Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites, Google under myaccount.google.com/permissions, TikTok under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
Ask us to do it
Email privacy@brokenpost.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.
What we must keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. They contain no social media content.
