How do I get a fancy font in my Instagram bio?
Type your bio above, copy the style you like, then open Instagram, tap Edit profile and paste it into Bio.
Can I use fancy fonts in my Instagram name?
Yes, in the Name field (the bold name over your bio). Your @username can not use them.
How do I change my font on Instagram?
Instagram has no font setting. Type your text above, copy a style, and paste it into Instagram. The letters are Unicode symbols, so they keep their look anywhere.
Is this font generator free?
Yes. It is free, with no sign-up and no limit.
Why do some letters show as boxes?
Older phones and some apps do not have every Unicode symbol. Bold, italic and script work almost everywhere. Rare styles may not.
Are fancy fonts bad for accessibility?
Screen readers may read styled letters one by one or skip them. Use them for a name or a single line, and keep the main message in plain text.
Do styled letters count as more characters?
Often, yes. Each styled letter is a symbol outside the basic alphabet. X counts each one as 2, so leave room.
