Does bold text hurt LinkedIn reach?
Styled letters are not searchable and screen readers may skip them, so keep names, keywords and hashtags plain.
How do I change my font on LinkedIn?

Is this font generator free?

Why do some letters show as boxes?
Older phones and some apps do not have every Unicode symbol. Bold, italic and script work almost everywhere. Rare styles may not.
Are fancy fonts bad for accessibility?
Screen readers may read styled letters one by one or skip them. Use them for a name or a single line, and keep the main message in plain text.
Do styled letters count as more characters?
Often, yes. Each styled letter is a symbol outside the basic alphabet. X counts each one as 2, so leave room.
